When i arrived, they were very welcoming. I didnt feel pressured to buy, They waited patiently for me to look over the vehicle and take it for a good drive. You can tell they take pride in what they sell. I would certainly think about buying from them in the future if and when i need a new or used car

Great to deal with, honest and friendly

I recently bought a user car from GB Autocare and was very happy with the service. This was the first time I'd bought a car remotely - asked various questions by email which were quickly answered. Unfortunately, someone else put in a finance request for the car before I was able to make an offer, but they dropped out and Jack got in touch to tell me it was still available and that my offer was accepted, with no haggling. I got the train down from Scotland and Jack picked me up at the train station. He left me to have a look round the car and make sure I was happy before dealing with the paperwork, and I was on my way. Unfortunately after a while I realised the air conditioning was only blowing warm air, but when I got home Jack was happy to cover the cost of the re-gas needed. Overall, a great experience. Easy to deal with, helpful, honest and reasonable. Give them a visit, and buy a used car with confidence.

Jack was fantastic, highly recommend GB Autocare. Very honest and trustworthy. I bought a car and did a bank transfer ahead of time, for the car to be delivered a few hundred miles away. It was delivered in great condition and working. Really appreciated.

After searching for the right car for me, found an absolute beauty for sale with GB autocare. top end of my budget, but the reviews from other buyers made up my mind. jack was extremely helpful with getting the car ready at short notice, and gave me an excellent part ex deal. the rest of the staff where very polite and helpful too. absolute no problem with recommending them.
